1. Product Use & Liability
All products sold by SW Motorsports are designed strictly for motorsport and track use only.
Not for road use – Our products may not comply with road safety regulations and are not intended for street-legal vehicles.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with motorsport activities.
SW Motorsports is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use outside of intended motorsport applications.
2. Ordering & Custom Products
Many of our products (e.g., roll cages, fabricated parts) are made-to-order with custom specifications.
Cancellations after production begins will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Lead times vary and will be confirmed upon order. Delays due to material shortages or unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for cancellation refunds.
3. Returns & Refunds
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Due to their bespoke nature, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Cancellations during production incur a 20% fee.

Standard Stock Items
Eligible for return within 15 days if:
Unused, in original condition.
Excludes shipping costs (customer covers return shipping).
Approved returns will be refunded (minus original shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, modified, or damaged products.
Safety-critical items (e.g., harnesses, welded components).
4. Shipping & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect shipments immediately. Report damages within 48 hours for claims.
Shipping delays (carrier issues, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.
5. Installation & Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation by a qualified professional.
Some products may require modifications to fit specific vehicles—verify compatibility before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and product names are property of SW Motorsports. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of UNITED KINGDOM. Any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance.
